Cable Construction

1. Conductor

Flexible Class 5 tinned copper for high fatigue resistance during reeling and unreeling.
2. Conductor Screen

Extruded semi-conductive EPR to ensure a uniform electric field and eliminate air gaps.
3. Insulation

High-grade EPR, ensuring low partial discharge
4. Insulation Screen

Bonded semi-conductive EPR layer for electrical stability.
5. Metallic Screen

Tinned-copper braid combined with semi-conductive tape
6. Earth Conductor

A dedicated flexible tinned-copper strand integrated into the cable assembly
7. Outer Sheath

Heavy-duty CPE which is flame-retardant, oil-resistant, and anti-static
